2026 Social Work Summit Exhibitors & Sponsors

We are excited to announce the 8th Annual Oklahoma Social Work Summit: Solidarity – Advocacy - Change to be held on April 9-10, 2026 at Tulsa Technology Center’s Conference Center in Owasso, Oklahoma! Social Workers and other mental health providers from across Oklahoma and surrounding states will be attending. At previous Summits, many attendees listed networking with exhibitors as their favorite thing about the Summit!

We have tables for vendors and exhibitors both days of the summit. The cost for a table is $200 and includes a 6-foot table and 2 chairs. The summit is an excellent opportunity for you to promote your services and/or products as well as any current job openings for social workers or mental health providers. We are offering a $25 discount to organizations willing to donate a door prize valued at $25 or more. Your organization will be recognized for the donation.

In addition to exhibitor tables, the Oklahoma Social Work Summit has sponsorship opportunities. Sponsors can also receive a $25 discount for donating a door prize. This sponsorship is an excellent opportunity to promote your organization and services to social workers and mental health professionals from across Oklahoma and surrounding states. Below are the sponsorship levels and benefits available:

Ø SUPPORTER: $500 – Organization’s name and logo listed on the website and Summit registration packet and 1 free exhibitor table

Ø ADVOCATE: $1,000 - All of Supporter Level benefits, 1 free registration, and your organization’s name and logo at a food service of your choice. You can choose from 2 breakfast buffets, 2 lunches, or 2 afternoon snacks.

Ø CHANGE AGENT: $2,500 - All of Advocate Level benefits, 2 free registrations, your organization’s name and logo at all food services, and a representative from your organization will introduce a general session speaker.
