Come join us at Emerson Elementary School - 4803 Lawton Ave, Oakland, CA 94609- in Oakland for a day filled with books, fun, and social justice!
Co-hosted with the Emerson PTA, our fair is the perfect opportunity to celebrate diversity, inclusivity, and the power of storytelling. Get ready to explore a wide selection of children's books that promote empathy, equality, and understanding. There will be panels, read a louds hosted by the Storyland Collective, activites, and much more!
Our event aims to create a welcoming and inclusive space for families, educators, and book lovers of all ages. Discover new and inspiring stories, meet local authors, listen to authors read their books alongside musical entertainment.
