2026 SHRA Conference

SHRA heads to Bend, Oregon, for our 33rd conference and a 38-year legacy of a peer-driven community gathering for the people behind seasonal teams in great places. October 25–29, 2026, at Riverhouse Lodge, on the Deschutes River.
Whether you are HR, a GM, a department head or an owner, this is the room where a wide array of people representing great places from Antarctica to Alaska to Arizona and a range of different industries — hospitality, nonprofits, conservation corps, camps, ski resorts (and more) — come together to compare notes on the same hard work: recruiting, housing, onboarding, retention, culture.
Come for the sessions, stay for the community that gets it!
