2026 Shingle Creek Center Fair: Vendor Application

Shingle Creek Centre Fair: Celebrating Community , Culture, and Commerce!

ACER is hosting the Shingle Creek Centre Fair 2026. We invite you to apply as a vendor for the event.

This year we are hosting in collaboration with Gus Macker 3x3 basketball tournaments which will be happening along side the fair, making this an opportunity to build a bigger festival and reach new audiences!

Event Details:

Dates: Saturday, August 15, 2026

Event duration: 10am - 4pm

Address: North Hennepin Community College (7411 85th Ave N, Brooklyn Park, MN 55445)

Anticipated reach: 300+ community members

Who can apply as a vendor:

• Community organizations seeking opportunities to share free resources
• Small Business vendors/Retail stores selling products and/or sharing samples
• Artisans
• Farmers selling fresh produce and pantry items

Please note that we are not currently accepting vendors selling hot food.

You can apply for a booth as a :

• Community Organization: If you are a organization providing free resources to community
• Business Vendor If you are a business vendor trying to sell your products.

Logistics:

• We will provide a table and one chair.
• Vendors will be responsible for any additional set-up items, such as additional chairs and a tent. As it is an outdoor event, tents with appropriate tent weights is highly recommended.
• Vendors will also be responsible for maintaining a zero waste environment. This means that only compostable or reusable packaging for all products must be used.
• Vendors can set-up your tables between 8:30am - 9:30am. Vendors will need to be fully set up by 9:45am. Opening time is 10:00AM
