About this Event
“S.H.E. Reap Beyond” is more than a conference. It will entail spirit led worship, prayer, empowering general sessions, small interactive groups sessions, open panel discussions, and amazing fellowship and connection for women who have a passion and a burning desire to reap the harvest field in the Black and African American and other communities.

What to anticipate:
The S.H.E. Reap Beyond promises to be an extraordinary gathering, far beyond a typical conference! Set for October 15-16 2025, this retreat will be filled with spirit-led worship, heartfelt prayer, empowering general sessions, interactive small group discussions, open panel conversations, and incredible opportunities for fellowship and connections. We are excited to welcome women who are passionate and eager to reap the harvest in the Black and African American community!
Led by Tonda Henry from Building the Bridge Ladies Ministries, the S.H.E. Reap Beyond: For Women in Ministry is just around the corner!
Here’s what you can look forward to:
Who: Women in Ministry are invited to this enriching experience —any woman serving in any capacity within her church or home is welcome to join us.
What: This two-day event is designed to equip and encourage you and refresh your spirit for the work ahead. The S.H.E. Reap Beyond will provide a unique environment apart from traditional conferences, services, or workshops.
When: Mark your calendars for Thursday and Friday, October 15-16! We’ll kick things off on Thursday morning, with check-in starting at 9:00 a.m. We encourage you to arrive early to sign in, connect with new friends, and explore our merchandise before the sessions begin at 10:00 a.m. Our sessions will conclude late Friday evening, so we suggest planning to depart on Saturday morning to enjoy the experience fully.
Where: The event will unfold at the Transformation Life Church (6212 Memorial Drive, Stone Mountain, GA 30083), conveniently located about 22 miles from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.
Travel: If you’re flying in, we recommend booking your flight to Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) for Wednesday afternoon or evening. This will allow you to settle in and rest before we dive into the S.H.E. Reap Beyond on Thursday morning! Connecting with other attendees about potential carpooling could add to the excitement.
Cost: Registration opens at 5 p.m. on Wednesday, June 10th, during the Building the Bridge Conference and will close once tickets are sold out. Secure your early bird registration for just $125 until August 1st, which includes registration, lunch, and dinner on both days, along with all materials. After that, the price will increase to $150 on August 2nd.

What should I wear?
Expect to dress casually and comfortably and bring a sweater or lightweight jacket for our comfort level. October in Atanta is beautiful🍂
How will meals work?
We’ll provide a lunch and dinner on Thursday and Friday, allowing us to make the most of our time together. Each attendee will be responsible for their breakfast.
