2026 Shamrock Sip & Strut

The Shamrock Sip & Strut is progressive workout route throughout Downtown Midland with 'sips' along the way at local businesses. The workout is not timed and you are welcome to workout at your own pace, just know that you have three hours to complete all 12 stations! Check-in will start at 5:15 p.m.

The workout route is simple to follow. Each participating Downtown Midland business will have a workout station outside its establishment, led by health and fitness professionals from Allied Group Fitness, EveryBODY Fitness, and Greater Midland Community Center. These coaches will guide you through exercises designed to keep everyone moving and energized. Once complete, you can stop into that business, grab a quick drink (shot, small mixed drink, mocktail, etc.), exit once enjoyed, and do another workout on your way to the next station. For example, do 10 pushups at Three Bridges, go in and get their exclusive drink, and do walking lunges on the way to Brinstar!

Each participant is responsible for purchasing their own drinks at each Downtown Midland establishment. They will all have a $4 exclusive drink option available for purchase that's St. Patrick's Day themed!

• St. Patrick's Day Swag (glowsticks, necklaces, etc. while supplies last)
• Exclusive $4 Drink Deals (each Downtown Midland establishment will have an exclusive small, quick $4 drink or snack available for purchase)

Pre-registration is required for this event. The deadline to for the $20 registration with a T-shirt is March 1, and the deadline for $10 registration is March 12.

Must be 18+ to participate. Must be 21+ to purchase and consume alcohol.

Info: Check-in will be located on the corner of Rodd & Main Street outside of the Huntington Bank offices. At check-in, you will receive your workout instructions, wristband, St. Patrick's Day swag, and event t-shirt (if applicable).
