The Crab Bowl is SGA’s signature crab boil experience, designed to bring students together through food, culture, and community engagement. With a vibrant Caribbean-inspired atmosphere, the event will feature freshly prepared seafood, high-energy music, interactive games, and curated entertainment to create a dynamic, festival-style environment.
This event goes beyond a traditional cookout by offering an immersive experience where students can relax, connect, and celebrate campus life. Attendees will enjoy a blend of island vibes and student-centered programming, including live DJ sets, themed activations, and social engagement opportunities.
Vendor Briefing:
Thank you for your interest in registering for a vendor spot at the annual Crab Boil! We're excited to have you join us for this incredible event. This year, the Crab Boil will be held on Friday, August 21 from 12pm-5pm at the Will Packer Amphitheater. Your participation helps make the event truly special occasion, and we're looking forward to working together to create an amazing experience for everyone involved.
- Food and/or Beverage Vendors are not authorized. Refunds will not be processed for food and/or drink vendors who sign up, as these vendors are not allowed per stated guidelines.
- In the event of inclement weather or an unscheduled university closure, vendors will have the opportunity to cancel and receive a refund.
- Vendors are required to pay vendor fees using the Eventbrite online payment system.Vendors can unload from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.After 11:00 a.m. all vehicles used for unloading must be removed and parked in the designated event parking area.
- Vehicles are prohibited from driving on or parking on any walkway areas.
- All vendors are responsible for space clean-up and proper discarding of trash.
- Students, individuals, and vendors cannot register for a spot on behalf of another.
