It also seeks to establish more structured collaborative production systems based on its festival network, while strengthening frameworks that encourage sustained exchange and connection among artists.
In 2026, SICF turns its attention to artists who explore expanded formats of the performing arts. Furthermore, by developing mid- to long-term co-production and collaboration structures with internationally engaged producers, delegates, and artists, the festival aims to move beyond one-off exchanges to foster a sustainable global creative ecosystem, and to position itself as a leading platform shaping new currents in the Korean performing arts scene.
