2026 SC Engineering Conference and Trade Show Sponsors and Exhibitors

Thank you for your interest in supporting the South Carolina Engineering Community and sharing your services with our attendees.

Sponsorship is divided into several categories. According to the level of sponsorship, sponsors receive a variety of additional conference incentives.

All sponsorships receive the following: company logo will be included in all conference brochures, logo will appear on the ACEC-SC, SCSPE and ASCE websites with a link to your company website for one year, recognition in the organization's newsletters and event signage at the conference.

Platinum Sponsor: $4,500.00 (1 Available)

• Four (4) event registrations
• Two booths (2) 6’ table in the Trade Show Area with choice of tables 1-32 (first come, first served)
• Lunch recognition (a 3-4 minute infomercial for your company during the lunch),
• Signage during the event, recognition on the SCSPLS website and newsletters with link to your site

Gold Sponsors: $3,500.00

• Three (3) event registrations
• One (1) 6’ table in the Trade Show Area with choice of tables 1-32 (first come, first served)
• Signage during the event, ½ page ad in conference program and recognition on the SCSPLS website and newsletters with link to your site.

Silver Sponsors: $2,500.00

• Three (3) event registrations
• One (1) 6’ table in the Trade Show Area with choice of tables1-32 (first come, first served)
• Break Recognition Sponsor
• Signage during the event and recognition on the SCSPLS website and newsletters with link to your website.

Bronze Sponsors: $1,500.00

• Two (2) event registrations,
• One (1) 6’ Table in the Trade Show Area with choice of tables1-32 (first come, first served)
• Signage during the event

Bag Sponsor: $2,000.00 (1 Available)

• Two (2) event registrations,
• Tote bags with your company’s logo printed on them for all attendees (SCEC will have them printed)
• Signage during the event

Lanyard Sponsor: $1,750.00 (1 Available)

• Two (2) event registrations,
• Lanyards made with your company’s logo printed on for all attendees (SCEC will have these made)
• Signage during Event

Wi-Fi Sponsor: $1,500.00 (1 Available)

• Two (2) event registrations,
• Wi-Fi Password will be your companies name, so everyone will put it in to access wi-fi
• Signage saying you are wi-fi sponsor and your company name as password

Trade Show Exhibit Option - Trade Show Booth - $900.00 (first come, first served after sponsors requests are honored)Includes 6 ft. table – booth may be manned by two company representatives. For this fee ($900) only one exhibitor may participate fully in the program (attend programs/classes). If another representative wishes to participate, the fee is $190.00 each

• One (1) attendee for the Annual Meeting

Gold, Silver or Bronze Level sponsors AND Trade Show Booths may purchase additional annual meeting registrations for $190 each which includes meals, breaks, sessions and PDH’s. For those interested in just meals-breakfast, lunch and breaks, the price is $100.00.
