2026 Salvation Army BBQ Cook-off

The 2026 Salvation Army BBQ Cook-Off is expected to host approximately 20 competitive cooking teams and attract an estimated 1,000 attendees.

The cook-off will feature competition categories including beef brisket, pork spareribs, chicken, Cook’s Choice, and beans. Ticket holders will be granted access to the competition grounds and the opportunity to sample food from all participating teams.

Proceeds from the BBQ Cook-Off will directly support the Peacock Red Shield Youth Center and its mission to provide high-quality after-school programming, Spring Break enrichment, and summer camp opportunities for children and youth in kindergarten through 12th grade. These programs are designed to foster academic success, personal development, and positive life outcomes for youth throughout our community.
