The Richmond Bluegrass Jam is back for its fifteenth year on May 2, 2026, from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., at American Legion Post 354 in Midlothian, Va.The family-friendly event features 20 of the region’s best bluegrass and Americana bands playing on multiple stages, all to raise money for our military veterans and their families through Liberation Veteran Services and the Richmond Fisher House. There is no charge for admission, but donations are encouraged. Over the past fourteen years, we have raised more than $294,000.
We'll also have local food trucks and craft beverage vendors, as well as a family activity area. Open jam areas will be available, as well as an instrument check station.
Parking is available at nearby James River High School, 3700 James River Rd., with free shuttles running all day.
