Signups are now open for the Inaugural 2026 Ribs Battle Royale in May! There will be two categories: Ribs & Best Dish. Teams and judges can use the same form to sign up on this webpage. If you want to come hang out and cheer on the teams that's ok too, there will be ribs and stuff to eat. Also if you want to buy in for just the best dish you can do that too for $25 which allows you to compete in the best dish only category (you will not be eligible for Grand Champion if you don't do Ribs though). If you aren't interested in competing and just want to cook up your recipe like a normal meating we'll have grills available for that starting at 12pm. For the competition, we'll start setting up at 7am and awards are planned for 3:30pm.
7:00 AM – Team Load in /Meat Inspection starts (you can start cooking once you have you have your meats inspected)
9:00 AM – Team Meeting
12:00 PM -- Grills lit for non-competitors who are grilling
2:00 PM – Best DishTurn-In
2:30 PM – Ribs Turn-In
3:30 PM – Awards (approximated)
