Get Ready for the 2026 Rest Carnival!

Join us for the 2026 Rest Carnival, a one-of-a-kind community experience that transforms the science of sleep, restoration, and wellness into a day of learning, creativity, connection, and joy.

Designed by the community, for the community, Rest Carnival brings together researchers, artists, wellness practitioners, and cultural leaders to explore how rest supports our health, relationships, and collective wellbeing. Through immersive experiences, interactive exhibits, engaging conversations, and opportunities for restoration, attendees of all ages will discover practical, science-informed approaches to rest that are accessible, meaningful, and fun.

Whether you're curious about how to improve your sleep, seeking a moment of restoration, or looking for a unique community experience, Rest Carnival offers something for everyone.

Info: Experience the work of artist Mia Imani, whose installations invite visitors to explore sleep, dreaming, neuroscience, memory, and imagination through engaging and interactive experiences.

The Nap Concert™

Info: Settle into a comfortable space and experience a guided communal rest experience featuring live soundscapes designed to support relaxation, reflection, and restoration. Mattresses, pillows, and blankets will be provided. You must be 18 years or older to join the concert.
