The 38th Annual Real Estate Market Forum, covering trends in real estate, construction, and the local economy in the Spokane-Kootenai-Bonner area, will be held on Thursday, February 26, 2026 at the Spokane Convention Center. An outstanding group of speakers has been assembled by the Market Forum Planning Subcommittee.

The Forum starts promptly at 8am!! We should be finished with lunch by 2pm.

Ticket price includes: Forum, lunch, WA/ID REALTORS & Appraisers clock hours

• Washington REALTORS & Appraiser clock hours pending CE approval.
• Idaho REALTORS & Appraisers clock hours pending CE approval.

• Advance tickets (more than 6 days before event) $70 plus fees
• An extremely limited number of tickets (less than 20) may be available at the door for $85 plus fees, but they are first come, first served

If you want clock hours for attending the Market Forum

• You must be signed in and take your seat before 8am.
• You must SIGN IN when you you get there & SIGN OUT before lunch.
• NO EXCEPTIONS.
