2026 Queer Soup Night, April 9th

Join us for a lovely night of drag performances and homemade soup served up by queer elders. This event is free and open to all campus faculty, staff, students and their friends. Please note that this show is for those18 years of age or older.

This event is sponsored by Women, Gender, Sexuality Studies and Interdisciplinary Studies at UNC Asheville. Queer Soup is historically a gathering of LGBTQ+ community for the purpose of sharing food, practicing self-care, and supporting grassroots organizations. For the safety of our entertainers and attendees, everyone must register for a free ticket in advance of the event. Space is limited, so please do not register for a ticket if you do not plan to attend. Or if your plans change, please delete your ticket so that you can open up a spot for someone else. We expect this event to reach its capacity.
