Description

Keep fit with simplified Jiu-Jitsu and Kudo drills and learn adapted self-defence exercises for regulation and enhance muscle strength with Martial Arts! Members can look forward to structured classes in an inclusive environment that helps with their focus, gross motor skills and self-confidence.  

Lessons will include mobility drills, balance and combination exercises, guided by coaches with special needs experience.

IMPORTANT

• Once the team has confirmed your child’s registration, caregiver must complete an Indemnity Form from Special Inclusion on behalf of their youth.

• Members can only be accompanied by 1 caregiver except for members requiring 2 caregivers’ assistance.
• Due to limited slots per CORE activity, if a member is absent 3 consecutive times without a valid reason, his/her slot will be given to members on the waiting list.
