2026 Pilates - An 8-week series starting Thursday, February 12, 2026

After successful courses in 2025, we are delighted to add more classes Rebecca Doherty! We will be having an 8-week course beginning Thursday, February 12, 2026, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. here at the Irish Immigration Pastoral Center. The last class of this series will be on Thursday, April 2, 2026.

Pilates is a form of exercise focusing on core strength, flexibility, and balance, while also improving posture and body awareness. This class is a health and well-being initiative of the IIPC Wellness Program. ☀️

Pilates is perfect for those who are looking for new ways to relieve stress and pain, or simply improve their overall mental health and well-being. 🧠

The eight-class series is $20.00 per class. All you will need is your yoga mat and water bottle! 🤩 A payment of $20.00 on Eventbrite covers the first class and will secure your spot for the entire 8 weeks. The balance of $140 will be due on the first day of class. Your spot in the class in non-transferrable, and if you are unable to attend a class no refunds will be given.
