Pastor, how are you helping your people think biblically about mental health, suffering, and change?

Join us for a Pastor’s Lunch & Learn with Dr. Greg Gifford, Assistant Professor of Biblical Counseling at The Master's University, as we consider how the Church can respond faithfully to the claims of our therapeutic culture.

Drawing from the themes of his recent book Lies My Therapist Told Me, Dr. Gifford will help pastors discern the assumptions behind modern mental health frameworks and contrast them with Scripture’s teaching on the heart, suffering, and true transformation. This Lunch & Learn is designed to encourage and equip pastors to shepherd their people with clarity and compassion, offering real hope and real change through Christ rather than borrowed therapeutic models.

This will be a valuable time to connect with fellow pastors, reflect on the challenges facing the Church in today’s mental health conversation, and consider how to lead your people toward confidence in the sufficiency of Christ, His Word, and His Church.
