2026 Parade Of Homes Ticket Kickoff

Everyone loves a parade, especially the Parade of Homes! We have SO much fun every year that we're delighted to provide YOU, our local real estate Friends & Family, with tickets again so that you can tour some AMAZING homes.This year’s Parade of Homes will feature 30 homes across the Colorado Springs area, ranging from the high $400's to an over $5 million luxury home! Each home is a work of art featuring fresh looks and modern designs that will inspire you…and give you lots of decorating and renovation ideas!
TICKET PICKUP: This year our ticket pick-up event is at one of our favorite local builders showcase homes, by David Weekly Homes!***Ticket pickup will be between 4-6 p.m. on Wednesday , September 9th at 17170 Alsike Clover Ct, Monument, CO 80132.
Kids 15 years old and younger are FREE!

Parade Home Deadline to order tickets is Thursday, September 3rd.
A few parade notes - after you get your tickets please download the Colorado Springs Parade of Homes app from the Apple App store or Google Play (Screenshots below). Then register the ticket in your name if you didn't purchase them. Don't worry though, paper tickets can be scanned as well.
Parade details:Homes will be open for touring 10 AM-6 PM starting Friday, September 11 through Sunday, September 27th (closed Mondays & Tuesdays.) Visit for more details.
