The Hancock County Parade of Homes will return on Sunday, March 22, 2026, from 11AM–4PM, taking place during the weekend of the annual ArtsAlive Festival. This free, self-guided tour will highlight homes for sale across the Bay–Waveland area, giving residents and visitors a chance to explore available properties while experiencing the lifestyle that makes Hancock County such a special place to call home.Managed through the Hancock Chamber Relocation Committee, the Parade of Homes was first introduced in 2019 and is returning for 2026 as part of the Chamber’s continued focus on welcoming new residents and supporting local real estate and community growth.
“Hancock County continues to attract new families, professionals, and retirees because of our quality of life, vibrant culture, and close proximity to New Orleans,” said Aissa Wiggins of John McDonald Realty, Chairman of the Hancock Chamber Relocation Committee. “The Parade of Homes is a great opportunity to showcase not only available homes, but the community experience that comes with living here.”
Once again, the event will be held in conjunction with ArtsAlive, offering out-of-town guests an even broader introduction to Hancock County. Festival attendees will be invited to stop by the HancockMYHome Hospitality Tent at the historic Depot grounds to pick up tour information and get oriented before heading out to view properties.
Those touring homes on March 22 will also have the opportunity to register onsite for a chance to win door prizes valued at over $2,500, with additional entries available for each home visited.
