• Doors open at 3:30 PM — arrive early to warm up, hang out, and cheer on your friends
• Heats will run based on the workout time domain — the app will be updated each week for heat sign-ups
• NEW in 2026: Weekly Head-to-Head showdowns featuring one RX pair and one Scaled pair for some fun, friendly competition
