2026 OHDSI GLOBAL SYMPOSIUM

The 2026 OHDSI Global Symposium is a 3-day event that begins Tuesday, Oct. 20th with 6 morning half-day tutorials and 6 afternoon half-day tutorials. The plenary sessions and collaborator showcase will take place on Wednesday, Oct. 21st followed by various workgroup activities on Thursday, Oct. 22nd.

REGISTRATION DETAILS:

Symposium Registration (including plenary sessions, collaborator showcase and workgroup activities), *$500

Additional Tutorial Registration: $200 per tutorial

* this is an open and inclusive event; if the symposium registration fee presents a burden for you, please email [email protected] and request a discounted or waived ticket. Please note that discounted or waived tickets are limited. Additionally, tutorial tickets cannot be discounted or waived.

The tickets will reflect these options in a package price, and tutorials cannot be purchased separately (please note that this year you will need to present your tutorial registration ticket to enter the meeting rooms.)

TICKET OPTIONS:

Symposium Only (no tutorials): $500

Symposium Plus Morning Tutorial (no afternoon tutorial): $700

Symposium Plus Afternoon Tutorial (no morning tutorial): $700

Symposium Plus Morning and Afternoon Tutorial (2 tutorials chosen): $900

Should you need to make changes or cancel your registration tickets, please follow the instructions you will receive on your Eventbrite confirmation upon registration completion. Please note that registration tickets can be refunded up until 7 days prior to the event; Eventbrite fees are not refundable for any registration ticket.

EVENTBRITE PROCESS:

You will be asked to purchase your ticket before you fill out the registration form. After you “Place Order” you need to complete the registration form questions that will appear and then click “Complete Order”. Your symposium seats will not be reserved until after you click “Complete Order” and you are issued tickets via email. If you do not complete the registration process the system will not record your name or your selections.

If you are purchasing a ticket for someone else, please register the attendee’s name in the ticket buyer field and not your name (you may use your email address for the confirmation email).
