It’s been an active year for issues ranging from Flex Spending Account coverage to drug preclusion reform; from litigation over the placement of the FDA disclaimer to age restrictions and ingredient bans at the state level. And the MAHA movement is playing a role in these issues too as selfcare and preventive health are drawing attention.
