Join us for the 2026 NKH Crusaders International Family Conference, a meaningful multi-day gathering created for families, caregivers, and advocates impacted by Nonketotic Hyperglycinemia (NKH).📅 April 15–16, 2026 | All Day
Wednesday, April 15 - Braintree Hyatt Place Hotel Meeting Rooms
Day two is dedicated to connection and personalized support. Families will participate in breakout sessions and have the opportunity for one-on-one consultations with NKH researchers, creating space for meaningful conversations, questions, and collaboration.
Thursday, April 16 - Weymouth United Masonic Lodge
The conference opens with a full day of expert-led speakers and presentations focused on NKH. Families will hear from researchers, clinicians, and leaders in the rare disease space, sharing the latest research updates, care insights, and practical information to support those living with NKH.
Friday Morning, April 17
Families are encouraged to enjoy a relaxed morning exploring and experiencing Boston together.
Friday Evening, April 17 | 7:00 PM
The conference concludes with the 2026 NKH Crusaders Benefit Dinner: A Year of New Beginnings, held at the beautiful Tirrell Room in Quincy, Massachusetts.
Saturday Morning, April 18
Families who are able to stay are invited to attend an optional farewell breakfast, offering one final opportunity to connect, reflect, and say goodbye before traveling home.
