As members of the Berks Regional Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) and passionate advocates for our local nonprofit sector, we are grateful for the opportunity to witness the incredible work being done throughout Berks County. Every day, we see the impact of individuals, organizations, and businesses who give generously of their time, talents, and resources. Their support ensures the missions of our nonprofits remain strong and sustainable.
Each November, AFP chapters across the nation celebrate National Philanthropy Day (NPD)—a time to honor and recognize the spirit of giving that strengthens our communities.
We hope you join us as our chapter hosts National Philanthropy Day on Thursday, November 12, 2026, at the Redner’s Event Center at First Energy Stadium. Breakfast will begin at 7:30 am, followed by our awards program at 8:00 am.
