Friday, April 17, 20268am - 4pm Registration packet pick up at the Museum
There will be a tent set up in the front parking lot.
9:30am Cruise to Holman & Moody Inc. in Charlotte, NC.
Holman-Moody is an American racecar manufacturer, marine engine manufacturer and former auto racing team. Holman-Moody continues to manufacture racing vehicles using vintage parts and methods, along with special editions of modern Ford sports cars. Lee Holman will also be there to speak with guests.
(Lunch is not included)
2pm Cruise to the Curb Museum in Kannapolis, NC.
The Curb Museum for Music and Motorsports is a museum about music and racing, both reflecting the business interests and passions of owner Mike Curb. Curb is the owner and founder of Curb Records, a country music record label with very notable artists, like Tim McGraw. The museum showcases NASCAR, Indy and modified race cars, as well as LeAnn Rimes’ very first car, a 1995 black Dodge Viper, and much more.
6pm *Friday Night Whole Hog BBQ Dinner & Hall of Fame Induction
Along with the whole hog, dinner will include smoked chicken, multiple side dishes, drinks and dessert. The BBQ dinner will be held in the Kettle Room at Gibson Mill and a cash bar will be available.
After dinner, we will honor the Mustang Owner’s Museum 2026 Hall of Fame inductees.
Saturday, April 18, 2026
8am-12pm Registration packet pick up at the Museum
There will be a tent set up in the Museum parking lot.
9am - 5pm Mustang Owner's Museum is Open
9am - 3pm National Mustang Day Car Show at the Museum
There will be a popular vote award given and the guest speakers will also each choose their favorite vehicle.
The parking lot in front and neighboring the Museum will be reserved for registered car show participants. There will also be parking for general public.
A Food vendor offering on site at the Museum offering lunch. (Lunch is not included with event entry fee)
Guest Speakers during the car show to include:
- Brad Bowling, wrote his first magazine article for the Mustang Club of America’s newsletter, Mustang Times, in 1985. Since then, he has produced several hundred features for dozens of publications. 2026 Hall of Fame Winner.

3pm Car Show Awards presentation at the Museum
3:30pm 2009 Shelby GT500 Giveaway winning ticket will be pulled

Mustang Industry: Bud Magaldi, Chief designer, and styling, Design Manager of the Fourth Generation (SN95) Mustang. (Attending)
Mustang Racing: John Force, retired NHRA drag racer. He is a 16-time NHRA and 1 time AHRA Funny Car champion driver and a 22-time champion car owner. (Attendance To Be Determined)

* Asterisk indicates the activity is not included with the event entry fee, you must register for the activities separately as there is an additional fee.
You must pre-register for all the activities you wish to participate in, even if it's free. We need to have a head count to ensure everyone is accommodated for.
Event Entry Fee does not include lunch on Friday or Saturday.
This event is open to everyone, not just Mustang owners. There will be a parking area for general parking.
No Refunds after March 11, 2026.
