The 2026 National Black Book Festival (NBBF) will be held Oct. 22-24 in Houston and will feature Beatrice Dixon, CEO of The Honey Pot Co., Actor/author Markice Moore, and best-selling authors ReShonda Tate, Omar Tyree, Monica Walters, Jessica Watkins, Amy Dubois Barnett, Brian W. Smith and Calvin Stovall. NBBF celebrates its 19th anniversary this year.
More than 120 authors from across the U.S. and representing 20+ 20 genres will exhibit and sell their books. The NBBF author exhibits, seminars, featured author sessions and Saturday Children's Festival are all FREE to the public.
