Join affiliate leaders from across California for an engaging morning of collaboration, learning, and connection. This year’s symposium will feature an interactive “Language Access: From Needs to Action” session, updates from NAMI National on the Standards of Excellence and Accreditation Process, opportunities to network and share ideas with fellow affiliate leaders, and a fun NAMI Trivia Challenge.
Affiliate leaders are encouraged to invite board members and emerging leaders to attend and participate.

Info: Kick off the symposium by connecting with affiliate leaders from across California. We'll welcome everyone, set the stage for the morning, and share what to expect as we learn from one another and strengthen our statewide network.

Language Access: From Needs to Action
Info: This interactive session will help affiliates explore language access needs in their communities, share current practices and challenges, and identify practical solutions for improving access to NAMI programs and services. Through facilitated discussion and peer learning, participants will exchange ideas, explore opportunities for collaboration and shared resources, and identify one realistic action their affiliate can take within the next six months to strengthen language access.
