2026 NAIOP Pittsburgh Awards Banquet

Register before we sell out, for our 2026 Awards Banquet! After much consideration and hearing from past attendees, our organization has decided to change the Awards Banquet for 2026. We will be segmenting the event into two distinct groups of attendees. Below, we outline a new sponsorship & ticketing structure and the revised format for this year's event.

This is new, so please be mindful of our intentional changes for this year as we are truly working to provide the best experience for our attendees and our award winners.

We will be segmenting the event into two (2) distinct groups of attendees.

• (1) FULL EVENT TICKETS receive access to all three (A-C) parts of the event agenda listed below.
• (2) POST-RECEPTION ONLY TICKETS will only receive access to the Post-Reception Celebration (C).

AGENDA:

• (A) 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.: Pre-Reception Happy Hour (apps & open bar)
• (B) 5:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.: Awards Ceremony (sit-down dinner)
• (C) 5:30 p.m. - 9:45 p.m.: Post Reception Celebration (includes open bar and food stations)

• Best Spec Industrial Building: Brockway Commerce Center, Elmhurst & Crossgates
• Best Multi-Family Renovation: The Encore, McCaffery
• Best Adaptive Reuse Project: LiveWell Apartments, Victrix
• Lifetime Achievement: Michael Morris, Sampson Morris Group
• Hall of Fame Inductee – Dan Puntil, Past President of NAIOP Pittsburgh

NAIOP Member Single Ticket to the POST RECEPTION ONLY: $210 (includes open bar and food stations)

Silver Sponsor: $3,500 (limited availability remains)- Table of 5 Attendees for the FULL EVENT - pre-reception happy hour, awards ceremony, and post-reception celebration.

Bronze Sponsor + 5 tickets: $3,000 (limited availability remains) - Package of 10 tickets for the POST RECEPTION ONLY. Includes open bar and food stations.
