Event Information & Schedule
Check-In & Run Order
Check-in begins at 8:00 AM each day. The earlier you check in and get your name on the board, the better—spots fill quickly on busy days.
We will offer day-of entries as space allows.
Try-Its & Practice
Try-It and practice time will be available 8:00–8:50 AM each morning.Additional Try-Its may be offered throughout the day as time and space permit.
Air Retrieve (AR) & Hydro Dash (HD)
Thursday – Saturday: AR & HD offered at 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM
Sunday: HD only at 9:00 AM
Registration for the noon option opens at 8:00 AM
Noon AR Option:The optional noon Air Retrieve session is limited to 10 spots and must be signed up for that morning.If you do not secure a noon spot, you will automatically run at 4:00 PM.
Briefings:
11:30 AM – Noon AR & HD
3:30 PM – 4:00 PM AR & HD
Attendance at the appropriate briefing is required.
Distance Splashes & Timing Notes
If your schedule does not allow you to arrive until 4:00 PM or later, you may need to wait until the conclusion of AR or HD to complete your Distance splashes (Sunday excluded).
All Distance splashes must be completed by 2:00 PM on Sunday for this event.We are headed to Nationals from here and will need to get packed up as quick a possible. We will begin teardown immediately after the final Distance splash is completed, which may result in an early finish.
Open Splash Format
This is an Open Splash event, commonly used at portable dock trials and events with scheduling conflicts.
Each day will have a posted start time (for example, 9:00 AM).
You may complete your splashes any time between the posted start time and the cutoff (either before AR begins or by the end of the day, typically around 3 or 4 PM).
At check-in, you will receive a Splash Card for each splash purchased.
When you are ready to jump, turn your Splash Card in to the wrangler to be added to the running order.
⚠️ It is the handler’s responsibility to be present when called to jump. The run order can run ahead of schedule, please check on the run order at least 30min before your scheduled time. ⚠️ Running order boards often fill very quickly, especially early in the day.
Important Payment Policy
All pre-registered splashes must be paid at check-in.Any unpaid splashes will be marked as no-shows.
If you have multiple dogs, each dog with unpaid entries will receive a no-show. You are responsible for all pre-registered splashes.
