This is an ARBA sanctioned show; any officially recognized breed of rabbit may be shown and is eligible to earn legs regardless of being listed as sanctioned or not by their national breed club for earning of points from them.
Any breeds showing ten or more at this show will be automatically sanctioned for the MCRBA Labor Day Weekend Show next year. Please contact the Show Secretary directly for more information or clarification on anything listed.
OPEN AND YOUTH SHOWS AWARDS -
- Best in Show (BIS) and Reserve in Show (RIS).
- Best of Breed (BOB) and Best Opposite Sex (BOS) for sanctioned breeds showing TEN or more in the Open Shows.
- Any breeds showing TEN or more in the Youth Show will receive ribbons.

Starting at 3:00pm Central time on Friday, September 4.
Anyone who can be there to help unload and setup all the necessities to have the show, we would greatly appreciate it!
EXHIBITOR EARLY CHECK-IN, SETUP AND DROP-OFFS
Starting at 4:00pm through 7:00pm Central time on Friday, September 4.
The showroom will reopen at 6:30am on Saturday morning for any day of show check-in and exhibitor setups.
Please keep your area clean and tidy to help keep us from having to start charging a cleanup fee in the future.

Youth are allowed and encouraged to enter in the Open C Show in addition to their A and B Shows.
All specialty breed shows need to have their entries sent to the Show Secretary listed for them.

Entry due date/cost: Tuesday, September 1 by 10:00pm Central time - $5.00 each, per show.
Fur entry cost: $2.00 each, per show

Entry fees may be paid on Friday evening during early check in or Saturday morning from 6:30-7:30am. Payment must be either by CASH or CHECK only. No debit/credit cards or electronic payments (PayPal, Venmo, etc.) are accepted. If paying by cash the exact amount owed is appreciated but not required. If paying by check, it can only be accepted if written for the exact amount owed for entries and dated for the day of show. Make all checks payable to MCRBA.
THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS ON ANY ENTRIES SUBMITTED THEN SCRATCHED ON DAY OF SHOW.
NO CHANGES ARE ALLOWED AT THE JUDGING TABLE PER OFFICIAL ARBA SHOW RULES.
ANY CHANGES (EXCEPT EAR NUMBERS) WILL BE $1.00 EACH, PER SHOW. THIS IS TO BE PAID SEPARATELY FROM THE ENTRY FEES DUE AND WILL BE COLLECTED BY THE SHOW SECRETARY WHEN THE CHANGES ARE MADE, NOT AT THE CHECK-IN TABLE. CASH IS ONLY ACCEPTED.
All exhibitors must be checked in, entries verified and any changes made by 7:30am on the day of the show.

FOOD VENDOR -
Jubliee Concessions
A locally owned, well known food truck from Murfreesboro, Tennessee; will be available starting at 7:00am for breakfast items until sold out and after 10:30am for lunch food items. Soft drinks will be available through the vendor only; complimentary coffee available from the MCRBA while supplies last.
OFFICIAL MCRBA MERCHANDISE, RAFFLE TABLE AND PICTURE BOOTH -
We will have official Music City Rabbit Breeders Association tee shirts available for sale. (as what is left in limited sizes)
Price will be $15 each with a size range of S- 3XL.
A raffle table will be set up and will draw tickets after lunchtime. Quality new or clean, gently used items are always appreciated for donation. Please note that if you donate a rabbit, make sure to have a pedigree if have one or state it is pet quality.
We will also have a separate table set up for self-made pictures, so you can take photos of your winning rabbits and awards won throughout the day of the show to keep as a memory of attending. There is not any charge for the use of the table for self-made pictures of your rabbits.
MOTEL ROOMS AND RV/CAMPER SITES INFORMATION -
Paved RV/camper sites within driving distance to venue are available with water, 15/30/50 amp electric services and access to a dump station. Cost is $25.00 per night and payable at time of check-in either Friday night or
Saturday morning. There is a two night maximum stay (must depart on Sunday by 12:00pm).
There is NOT a host motel for this show but below are the ones recommended to stay at for your overall comfort, safety and accessibility to the show site. We do not have any affiliations with these motels.

From Interstate 24 (East or West): Take Exit 81A/B onto S. Church St. to 1st light and turn right onto South Rutherford Blvd. Proceed 5 miles, turn left onto Greenland Drive then ½ mile and the building is on left.
From Knoxville: Take I-40 west to Exit 238. Turn left on US Hwy 231 and go 24 miles and turn left onto East Clark Blvd (TN Hwy 96). Proceed less than a mile and turn left onto Greenland Drive for ½ mile and the building is on right.

Attention all exhibitors, please read the following completely. If you are NOT going to be able to attend for ANY reason after sending your show entries, please contact the Show Secretary by PHONE at 931-212-0462 (NO EMAIL) before 7:30am Central time on the day of the show so we can plan accordingly. Any reasonable reasons for not being able to attend will be accepted without any judgements, we understand that life happens. All we ask is that you please follow through by communicating that you will not be able to attend ASAP of knowing and before the deadline. Our no show policy is a simple three strike rule, that is should you (#1) enter the show, (#2) not attend and (#3) not contact the Show Secretary BEFORE the deadline listed above, you will be promptly billed for your entry fees due plus any reasonable expenses incurred to inform and collect from you. Anyone who has all three no show policy conditions met for this event will not be allowed to enter any additional ones in the future presented by the MCRBA until the amount due is paid in full. The MCRBA also has the right to require and only accept in person day of the show entries from the exhibitor for any future shows held regardless of their efforts to reconcile the debts owed and or personal history with the club.
OFFICIAL SHOW RULES -
These are in addition to any stated above and or ARBA show guidelines.
1. This show will be governed by the official ARBA show rules and submission of any entry indicates acceptance of those rules. These can be viewed at the ARBA website at http://www.arba.net
2. All changes must go thru the Show Secretary prior to the start of the show. No changes are allowed at the judging table. Unauthorized changes/additions will be ignored during the after show paperwork.
3. Entry fees must be paid prior to the start of the show. After paying, there will be no refunds on entries given.
4. Show check in will end at 7:30am Central time on day of show unless otherwise noted in this catalog.
5. This is a no judging remark card show.
6. The Show Superintendent reserves the right to refuse any entry.
7. The Show Superintendent determines the judging order and reserves the right to reassign a judge as needed.
8. All carrying cages must be leak proof.
9. All rabbits must have a permanent and legible tattoo in the left ear in order to be entered into show.
10. Only exhibitors entered in the show can sell rabbits in the showroom. Rabbits entered in the show and then sold must be shown in the name originally entered, or scratched.
11. Youth exhibitors are responsible for getting their entries to the appropriate table.
12. The Show Secretary has the right to refuse any entries from all locations within 150 miles of a confirmed outbreak of RCD/RHD/VHD within 60 days of the entry deadline.
13. Parents are responsible for all the actions of their children and for any damage done by them to any property.
14. All reasonable care will be taken to provide a safe show; however, each exhibitor is ultimately responsible for all personal property to include their animals.
