Registration and a light breakfast will begin at 8:00 AM. The training will be led by Julie Villarreal. Lunch will be provided. Information on content will be posted soon, pending the results of a survey of past and potential attendees to ensure content is relevant.

Julie Villarreal is the Assistant Administrator of Social Services at Wheeling Township. With over 30 years of experience in the social services field, she has extensive knowledge of local, state and federal programs designed to help those in financial crisis.
