2026 MS Wing Civil Air Patrol Annual Conference & Awards Banquet

The Mississippi Wing Conference is 5-7 June 2026 at the Holiday Inn Pearl—Trustmark Park, 110 Bass Pro Drive, Pearl, MS.

FRIDAY

Early Registration: 1500-1700 hrs -- Hotel Lobby

Dinner is on your own.

Meet and Greet beginning at 1800 hrs --Appropriate casual dress

SATURDAY

General Assembly: 0900 hrs

Uniform for the General Assembly: Class A, Class B, White Aviator Shirt and Gray Slacks, Appropriate Dress Civilian Attire

No Navy Polo Shirts

Lunch is on your own.

Seminars: Seminars will begin at 1300 hrs

You may wear the Navy Polo Shirt for the seminars in the afternoon.

Speakers will include SER Commander, MS Wing Commander, MS Wing Vice Commander and United States Air Force.

There are seminars for everyone to attend to gain information to take back to your squadrons.

SATURDAY EVENING: Banquet1830 hrs

Dress for the Banquet: Appropriate Evening or Dress Civilian Attire

Cost for the Conference:

Cadets: $75.00 Full Registration (includes General Assembly, Seminars, Banquet and Breakfast)

Senior Members: $120.00 Full Registration (includes General Assembly, Seminars, Banquet and Breakfast)

Senior Members General Assembly and Seminars: $75.00

Senior and Cadet Banquet Only: $50.00

Meal for the banquet will be a buffet.
