What is the attire for the event?

Friday Session 1: "Carnival Nights" attire is encouraged but not required; Where your favorite carnival memory. Dressy Casual is also acceptable.

Saturday Session 2: Dressy Casual

What is your policy for children attending? Due to venue capacity, seats must be purchased for all guests over 2 years old. Children under 2 are welcome but must remain on a lap at all times.

Will a mask be required at the event? No. However, if you are exhibiting any cold- or flu-like symptoms, please refrain from attending the event and/or wear a mask to prevent contact with other guests.

What are my parking options for attending and departing the event? You may park anywhere in the parking lot

Should I bring anything to the event? We recommend a light jacket or wrap as the ballroom can get chilly.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? You can download the Eventbrite app, which includes your tickets, or obtain printed tickets.

Is it okay if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person attending? Yes, but each guest must have a ticket to scan. In this case, giving your guest a printed ticket may be the best option.
