About this Event
To become the best new home sales company in the world, New Home Star has created a program that allows successful sales professionals the opportunity to oversee the training of newly hired Sales Trainees in their division. Every year, one Community Sales Manager will be chosen from each division to become a MENSA member. The responsibility of a MENSA member will be to guide and direct all Trainees through the training process. This process will include mentoring or assigning a mentor to each trainee, coaching the Trainee through the NHS training workbook, and assigning times to spend with Division Experts. A MENSA member will also oversee the development of all Mentors within their division. In addition, individuals selected to be part of the program will be invited to participate in specialized out-of-market training.
We will also be hosting a corporate MENSA for selected members of our corporate office. During this event, the new members of these prestigious programs will meet all attendees in person and learn about their new responsibilities in the program.
