The BlueJay Back-2-School Bash is a large, family-friendly community event hosted by the Menasha Joint School District to celebrate the start of the school year and support our students and families. The event brings together hundreds of students, families, staff, and community members for an evening of food, activities, music, and connection before the school year begins.
Food trucks are a highlight of the event each year, and vendors should be prepared to serve high volumes of guests throughout the evening. In past years, the Bash has been extremely well attended and has proven to be both a fun and successful opportunity for participating vendors.
Student food vouchers will be distributed to enrolled MJSD students and may be redeemed at participating trucks. Vendors will accept vouchers as a form of payment for designated items. Any purchase amount exceeding the voucher value will be the responsibility of the customer. Vendors should also expect regular cash/credit sales from families and community members attending the event.
We welcome vendors who are enthusiastic about community engagement and prepared to serve a lively crowd as we kick off another exciting school year with our BlueJay families.
