2026 Membership Meeting & EXPO-Business Partner Registration Only
About this Event
All tables will have a black tablecloth with two chairs. Your display must fit on or behind your table, as space is limited. We are decorating with Haunted Houses or any Halloween decor. You are welcome to decorate your table, but it’s not mandatory. Please remember that NO balloons are allowed at Grace Meadows.
The morning of the EXPO, you can start arriving at 9:00 AM to set up your tables. You will need to pull up into the circle to unload. The EXPO will start at 10:00 AM. There is no charge to reserve a table for our 2026 Business Partner.
No Show/Cancelation Policy. We require a 48 HR notice to cancel an EXPO table. If you no-show or cancel after the 48-hour deadline, you will be billed $225.
We normally have about 275 agents come to this event. If your company would like to do a door prize giveaway, please let us know by emailing us at [email protected]
If you would like to stay for lunch, you are welcome to also register for your 1 free ticket per company. If you need additional lunch tickets, you can purchase as many as you need. This is a great opportunity to network with the REALTORS!
