The rocks of Moab will once again thunder to life as the 2026 Maxxis Area BFE Beatdown launches the first stop of the 2026 regional championship season for Ultra4 USA.Held at Area BFE during the iconic Easter Jeep Safari, this event officially kicks off what promises to be an exciting year of coast-to-coast racing action.
As the opening round of the regional series, the Maxxis Area BFE Beatdown sets the tone for championship battles across every class, from Youth divisions and UTV competitors to the premier 4400 Unlimited class. Points earned in Moab will be critical as drivers begin their pursuit of 2026 regional titles.
Racer Move-In & Camping Information
- Racer Move-In Begins: Sunday, March 29 at 8:00 AM
- Driver Move-Out Deadline: Thursday, April 2 at 3:00 PM
- Camping:
$50 per night
$200 for Sunday –Thursday
All race operations and camping will be located onsite at Area BFE. Teams are encouraged to plan ahead, as space fills quickly during Easter Jeep Safari week.

8:00 AM - 4:00 PM: Driver Registration
8:00 AM - 4:00 PM: Tech Inspection
12:00 PM - 6:00 PM Pre-Running Opens (Must be teched)
After party at “Zaks”
Tuesday, March 31st
8:00 AM: Driver Registration & Pre-Running Opens
10:00 AM: Drivers meeting Mandatory
11:00 AM - 2:00 PM: Qualifying All Classes
3:00 PM - 4:00 PM: 170 Race
4:00 PM - 6:00 PM: WARN Recovery Training at Ultra4 USA Trailer
Followed by driver dinner from DANG BROS PIZZA, Sponsored by Ultra4 USA & WARN
4:30 PM - 6:00 PM: Youth 1000 Race (Need 5 or more cars for own race)
Wednesday, April 1st
7:30 AM - 9:30 AM: Stock and Open UTV (4 LAPS)
10:00 AM - 12:00 PM: Pro Mod (4 LAPS)
12:30 PM - 2:30 PM: 4500, 4600, 4800 (4600 3 LAPS, 4500 & 4800 5 LAPS)
3:00 PM - 6:00 PM: 4400 (8 Laps)
