All LA Local members in good standing, paid through Oct. 31, 2026, are invited to attend.
To RSVP, log in and complete the form below by Thursday, Aug. 27 at 5 p.m. PT. Walk-ins are welcome.

Come hear brief remarks with ample time for Q&A. Bring your questions and gather in community with your fellow members.
When: Saturday, Aug. 29 from noon - 3 p.m. PT
*Doors will open at 11:30 a.m. PT.
Where: The Equestrian Ballroom, Los Angeles Equestrian Center

Parking: On-site parking is available. Please follow the posted signage to the designated parking areas.
To Attend:
Make sure your dues are up to date and your membership is in good standing.
If more than one SAG-AFTRA member per household will be attending, each will need to RSVP individually.
Complete the registration form below by Thursday, Aug. 27 at 5 p.m. PT.

This event is only open to active SAG-AFTRA members in good standing (paid through October 31, 2026). No guests are allowed. Performers under 18 years old must be accompanied by their parent/guardian.
All bags larger than 14” in any dimension (i.e., backpacks, suitcases, beach bags, etc.) will be prohibited from entry into the meeting.
ADA requests may be included on your RSVP form. Please note that ADA requests must be received 72 hours before the start of the event.
