2026 Lions Beer, Brats and Bingo at Lakeville's Pan-O-Prog

The 49th annual Beer, Brats and Bingo is both a beloved reunion for Lakeville residents and a fundraiser supporting the Lakeville MN Lions Foundation and Lakeville Lions Club. The event takes place during Pan-O-Prog’s big weekend and features the Lions Beer Garden, as well as a special Bingo fundraiser. Attendees can look forward to reconnecting with old friends, meeting new people, and enjoying activities that benefit the community.

$30 Reserved Seating Package: Choose your table and seat in advance. Each ticket includes two vouchers (good for food or drink, $16 value each), an event lanyard, and coupons from Lakeville businesses. Tables have 8 seats (4 per side); ignore graphics showing end seats. Select your seat on the Eventbrite Seat Map—Lions will not help with separated groups, so choose carefully.

*Note:* The Reserved Seating Package does NOT include a bingo card. Bingo cards are sold separately for $30 cash at the event (see rules below). Reserved Seat Package holders are guaranteed bingo card availability for purchase.

4:30pm

• Gates open for entry at the Lions Beer Garden
• All bingo areas, food vendors, and bars begin service
• Entry to the Lions Beer Garden site is free; please refer to bingo rules for costs associated with playing bingo
• A Pan-O-Prog button is NOT required for admission or bingo game play
• Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent (review additional bingo rules below)
• Reserved Seating Check-In starts inside the front gate
• Bingo Card Sales Tent opens, with cards available at $30 each

6:00pm

• Bingo announcements kick off

6:15pm

• Sales of $20 Bonus Bingo Cards commence
• These are available for bingo players seated under or near the main tent
• Current cardholders may buy extra cards for $20 each, while supplies last
• Weather "Continuation of Play" tickets are not included with the bonus card sales

6:30pm

• Bingo games start
• Tim Howe performs live on the North Side Music Stage

8:00pm

• Bingo intermission begins and lasts 20 minutes
• The $1,999 Coverall Game will be played as the second game after the intermission

2026 Lakeville MN Lions Foundation Bingo Event Rules for "Beer Brats and Bingo"

2026 Bingo Event: Presented by the Lakeville MN Lions Foundation

Bingo Event: "Beer Brats and Bingo" Date: July 9, 2026

1.Gates and grounds will open at 4:30pm, granting full access to both north and south Art Center premises.

2. Bingo cards for the event ($30 each) will be available for purchase beginning at 4:30pm. Cards purchased after 5:45pm are likely limited to standing room or grass seating; table seating outside the main bingo tent may be available but is not guaranteed.

3. Authenticated “2026” bingo cards only. Check your cards upon purchase, must have 2026 sticker or card is considered void. Bingo cards seen with non 2026 stickers will be removed from play with no refunds.

4. No Seat Saving Policy: Saving seats under the Main Bingo Tent is strictly prohibited. Each seat beneath the tent is reserved exclusively for participants possessing an official 2026 bingo card; such card must be present at the individual's seat. Seating for non-bingo participants and general attendees is accessible only outside the main bingo tent.

5. Weather-Related Postponement: Should lightning or high winds interrupt the program, makeup games will occur on Saturday, July 11th at 12:00pm at the Lakeville Art Center grounds. Upon entering July 9, each $30 bingo card sold will include a "Continuation of Play" ticket. In the event of a postponement, this ticket entitles the holder to a bingo card for play on July 11th. Games will resume at 12:00pm and conclude by 2:00pm; tickets can be exchanged for bingo cards starting at 11:30am. All communications regarding the event will be posted on the Facebook page: .

6. Last Chance Bonus Bingo Card Sale: At 6:15pm, Bonus cards will be offered for $20 each, while supplies last. Purchasers must be seated with their previously purchased card to qualify for this additional opportunity. "Continuation of Play" tickets will not be provided with Last Chance Bonus card purchases.

7. The first game will commence promptly at 6:30pm.

8. Upon achieving a bingo, please stand and clearly announce "BINGO" to facilitate prompt verification.

9. Bingo cards (Shutter Style) are valid for all games throughout the evening.

10. Except for cover-all games, bingo formats include across, down, diagonal, and four corners.

11. Approximately 80 prize packages will be distributed.

12. The estimated value of the 2026 donated prize pool is $35,000.

13. Participants under 18 may play if accompanied by an adult. For prizes containing alcohol, claimants must be at least 21 years of age.

No bingo, but great music starting at 6:30pm with Tim Howe. Kickback, hang out with your friends, and enjoy the tunes. Full bar for your beverage needs - you cannot go wrong!

Notice: Lions Beer Garden at Pan-O-Prog On-Site Regulations

Pan-O-Prog Bag Policy for Gated Events (Draft – subject to finalization):

• One clear bag not exceeding 12" x 6" x 12", or one small clutch bag or fanny pack no larger than 6" x 9" is permitted
• Diaper bags may be brought in when accompanied by children of appropriate age
• Medical equipment bags are allowed if they contain only medically necessary items
• All bags will be subject to inspection.

No outside food, beverages, or coolers are permitted within the event grounds.

Recognized and trained service dogs with proper identification are permitted entry. Dogs and emotional support animals (ESAs) are not allowed through the gate.

Entry to the event grounds is complimentary, and guests of all ages are welcome. Individuals under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.

All Lions Beer Garden events will proceed as scheduled, regardless of weather conditions.
