The New York State Builders Association (NYSBA) is the official organization responsible for the Empire Building Awards. These awards are presented by Pella Windows and are the only statewide tribute to excellence in the home building industry in NY. The awards recognize outstanding projects and professionals who are advancing housing quality, innovation, and affordability across the state. From innovative sustainable single-family homes to high-rise residential projects, the awards highlight excellence in design innovation, craftsmanship, and community impact. The NYSBA represents the collective strength of 14 local affiliates across the state and works to foster a strong business climate and support the creation of quality housing for all New Yorkers.
