2026 Latrobe City Children's Expo - Stallholder Registration
About this Event
Children’s Expo is a not-for-profit event that is FREE and FUN for the FAMILIES of Latrobe Valley and their children. The event is a familiar and popular day out where thousands of people can find out about local services for children and families. It’s a time for the Early Years sector to get together and CELEBRATE during National Children’s Week. A detailed Stallholder Information Pack will be emailed to you a few weeks before the event.
Goods and Service Providers (excluding Food Vendors - see information below)
It’s easy to register for your spot at the Children’s Expo. It is happening on Tuesday 27 October, from 1:00pm to 6:00pm in and around Kernot Hall Morwell. Stallholders will have access from 10:00 am.
Stall holders are encouraged to provide an activity for families to participate in at their stall. This can provide an opportunity to speak with families about your services.
What does it cost for a stall?
All money raised from the sale of stalls goes towards the cost of running the event. Community groups run by volunteers are not charged to participate. Funded not-for-profit organisations are charged a small fee, and private businesses that may profit from the event are charged a higher fee. An early bird rate applies for private businesses - places are limited, be quick! Details of all costs can be found in the ‘tickets’ section. Late fees apply from 4 October. Register TODAY!
- Community Group - Group or committe operated by volunteers (unpaid staff).
- Not-for-profit business - A business or organisation that does not operate for profit, personal gain or other benefit. for example, charities, some sporting and recreational clubs, community services organisations, etc.
- Private business - A private business or organisation that operates to make a profit by selling a product or service.
Public Liability Insurance
All stallholders are required to have current public liability insurance on the day of the event. If you need to purchase insurance, you may consider buying a once-off 'Community Liability'. Email [email protected] for more information .
Cancellations and refunds
If things change after you have purchased your stall and you can no longer attend, email [email protected] by Friday, 03/10/2025. The cost of your stall (ticket price) will be refunded, minus a $10 administrative fee. No refund will be available for advice received after 03/10/2025.
