2026 Lafayette Summer Superdraft

Location: Lyboult Sports Complex
1300 Canal Rd Lafayette, IN 47904
(3 lighted 300 ft fields)
Cost: $30 per person
Date: Saturday August 8th (one day ONLY.)
Format: This is a draft style tournament. Will be 3 or 4 gg. Each person signs up individually and is then drafted onto a team for the tournament. This is a three or four game guarantee. Open to all softball players from any division. Tourney, rec or league. Limited to the first 144 PAID players. Each team will have a captain that will draft players by position. OR Will be a random generator draft. Every player that signs up and pays will be drafted onto a team. Prize awards for 1st 2nd place, MVP, and winning teams captain. Please let me know if you are interested in being a captain.
teams will be drawn a week before the draft or when full (144 players)
Random generator draft by positions. so if you aren't a short stop don't put short stop. will do captain draft most likely.
RULES:
- NSA/ASA/USSSA Bat list
- Hit your own legal ball for Nsa, asa, usssa, gsl. one nation. 44-400 or less legal ball , no stadiums
Women may hit any 11 inch yellow ball that is 44-400 or less ball.
- 5-10 arc, 1-1 count no waste, 55 minute time limit
- Homeruns are 5 per game. Run rule is 20,15,10
-coed rules. If a guy walks with a girl behind him with 2 outs she gets option of taking first base. Guy gets a double.
- Liability waiver must be signed before 1st game
- No Gate/Player Fee
**All money must be received by Friday July 31st or when all PAID spots are filled. No Exceptions.**
***LIMITED TO THE FIRST 144 PAID PLAYERS. UNPAID PLAYERS WILL NOT BE DRAFTED.***
