Corie Anderson represents employers in a wide range of employment law issues and litigation, drawing on her eight years of experience in the HR/legal department of a large outdoor equipment manufacturer. She understands employers' needs from an in-house perspective and uses a practical business approach to assist them in avoiding and resolving employee matters. At her former firm, where she worked for eighteen years, Corie defended and advised employers on wage and hour laws, Department of Labor and other government workplace investigations, prevailing wage laws and ordinances, immigration, discrimination, disability accommodations, harassment, discipline, and termination.
