Kurt Owen realized that ministers need a pastor; this was the vision under which Ministers of Victory (MOV) was born. MOV is a licensing and ordaining body that is a supply to the pastor and minister. Meet Pastor Kurt Owen, Founder & President of Kurt Owen Ministries, and the Organizer of the FL KOM Ministers' Conference

Pastor Kurt has been in full-time ministry for over 30 years. He is the founder of Kurt Owen Ministries. Pastor Kurt Owen, was sick and dying of a debilitating disease, while listening to a TV minister who said, “The Bible is God speaking to you. If you believe it, it will work. If you don’t, it won’t.” These words hit him with the force of a locomotive. Pastor Kurt made up his mind that he would believe the Bible and do everything it said. Then he would know if God was real or not.

That was more than 3 decades ago and Pastor Kurt is more convinced now than ever before that the Bible is God’s Word to man – it is the blueprint for victory in every area of life. As Pastor Kurt walked with Jesus, he realized that faith, for himself and for people he met around the world, was sometimes difficult. The Lord showed him that the reason was because he and many other people knew about The Love of God but did not believe it personally for themselves. Today numerous lives have been changed and their faith operates at a much higher level because of Pastor Kurt's teaching on Knowing and Believing The Love of God.

Having started 5 churches, traveled to 28 nations, and seen countless people saved, healed, and grow in a deeper and more intimate relationship with Jesus and His Word. Pastor Kurt continues to travel all over the world, using every available media to teach in a practical manner the Word of God, so that any hearer can believe God's love for themselves, study The Bible, and apply the Word to their everyday life. Then begin to walk in the life that God's love has freely provided for them and Jesus died to give them.

So, whether it’s a minister’s conference a camp meeting, a corporation, a church, a Pr*son, or a convention, you will be refreshed, encouraged, and instructed in the Word of God.

With over four decades of ministry, Duane Sheriff is known for his humor and ability to present the Gospel with clarity and simplicity. An International apostolic teacher, conference speaker, and Charis Bible College instructor, he serves on Andrew Wommack’s Board of Directors. Duane is an author and hosts “Grace & Truth,” a daily television broadcast. He is the founder of Victory Life Church in Durant, Oklahoma, where he served as the senior pastor for over 30 years and now serves as senior elder.
