Rooted in Resilience: Grazing Small Ruminants in Kentucky
About this Event

The Kentucky Grazing Conference is an annual event put on by the Kentucky Master Grazer Educational Program. This year, the conference will take place on October 28th and 29th. On October 28th, we will be hosting the conference in Elizabethtown, KY, and on October 29th, we will be in Winchester, KY. This allows producers in different regions of the state to attend our conference while staying closer to home.

As for the conference details, we are very excited to partner with the Kentucky Sheep and Goat Development Office this year to host a conference focused on production and grazing techniques for small ruminants. This would be a great opportunity for beginning shepherds or veteran herdsmen to attend and learn more about grazing small ruminants.

Our title for this year's conference is Rooted in Resilience: Grazing Small Ruminants in Kentucky. We will be focusing on regenerative practices, drought management, and so much more!

We hope to see you there!
