2026 Kentucky Derby Day at Lake Effect

Get ready to don your finest hat and join us for Derby Day at Lake Effect—because we’re doing the Kentucky Derby the right way.

On Saturday, May 2nd from 3–6PM, we’re turning our Main Floor into a full-blown Derby Day celebration. Catch the race live on our stage projector and TVs throughout the space while a live DJ keeps the energy high and the vibe dialed in.

We’ll have a Woodford Reserve ice luge to keep things chilled and classic, plus a Hat Contest—so don’t hold back on the flair. Food is included with your ticket, and we’ll be serving up curated drink specials throughout the afternoon. There’ll also be a photo backdrop to make sure your Derby Day fit gets its proper moment.
