2026 Johnson Lecture
In periods of political turmoil and rising authoritarian tendencies, people of faith are often confronted with difficult questions. How do we remain faithful without surrendering to fear? What responsibilities do religious communities have in protecting democracy, defending human dignity, and promoting the common good?
The 2026 Johnson Lecture welcomes Rev. Paul Brandeis Raushenbush, President and CEO of Interfaith Alliance, for an engaging and timely conversation about courage, democracy, and the role of faith in public life.
Drawing from history and contemporary challenges, Rev. Raushenbush will explore how diverse faith traditions can become forces for hope, justice, and resistance to extremism.
