The I’ve Decided 2026 Community Connection Convention is a faith-filled gathering designed to challenge limits, expand perspective, and unlock what’s truly possible when we decide to live beyond labels, excuses, and perceived barriers.
This convention brings together individuals, businesses, and community resources for a powerful day of connection, inspiration, and action. Through keynote teaching, meaningful networking, and access to valuable resources, attendees will be equipped to move forward with greater confidence, clarity, and faith to successfully accomplish any goal they set for themselves.
This year’s theme, Success Uncapped, is a declaration that success is not restricted by circumstance, ability, background, or past experiences. It’s about removing the “caps” we place on ourselves mentally, spiritually, and practically, and stepping boldly into the life God designed for us. Success is not capped and neither are you.
We are honored to welcome Kurt P. White as our keynote speaker. Born without his right arm, only a partial left arm, and a shortened left leg, Kurt made the choice early on in childhood to not let anything get in the way of pursuing his dreams. In spite of his disability, he was determined to live life just like any other person.
Ironically, his strong conviction to be just like everyone else has led him to become a quite remarkable, unique individual. Kurt made the decision to live life on his own terms. Attending public school, obtaining a degree in Finance, securing a successful
career, and raising a family are just a few of his most cherished accomplishments.
Kurt’s message centers on becoming “handicapable”, a mindset that focuses not on what’s missing, but on what’s possible. His story reminds us that while life may hand us challenges, our response determines our outcome.
