About this Event
A collaboration of the City’s Community Relations Commission and the Goshen Chamber of Commerce Women In Business Network, this gathering brings together civic-minded women who value generosity and progress.
The 2026 International Women’s Day theme is “Give to Gain.”
Goshen Mayor Gina Leichty, the first female to hold that office, will open the celebration that features the following inspiring women:
- Goshen resident Kari Tarman serves as director of Hesburgh Women of Impact at the University of Notre Dame, where she advances leadership, philanthropy, and community engagement supporting women and girls. Her work builds partnerships and invests in programs that create lasting social impact.
- Tami Hicks is president and CEO of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Elkhart County, where she leads efforts supporting youth development, equity, and opportunity across the region. Her career includes education, leadership, and community advocacy focused on helping young people reach their potential.
- Megan Hessl serves as a trust and investment administrator at Everence Financial, providing guidance focused on stewardship and long-term planning. She also serves on multiple City of Goshen boards and commissions and is president of the Historic Southside Neighborhood Association.
We hope to see you there and give, gain, and grow together.
